We developed a new marmalade--Monarch Marmalade--a riff on the classic cocktail, a gin and tonic, using slightly sweet Meyer lemons, a dash of gin and splash of tonic.

Slowly simmered for over 8 hours, our apple butter is thick, caramelized, and warmly spiced.
